Meet Stephen Etzel
Stephen Etzel is a seasoned educator, entrepreneur, and real estate professional whose roots in commercial and farm & ranch real estate stretch back to 1994 — nearly three decades of hands-on experience brokering and teaching every facet of both industries.
As President and CEO of The Etzel Edge, Stephen brings a rare and comprehensive command of commercial and farm & ranch real estate that goes far beyond the classroom. He has personally brokered transactions and developed specialized education programs designed to guide agents through every component of both disciplines, from foundational principles to advanced specialization.
A Senior Real Estate Instructor for Texas REALTORS® and a recognized NAR instructor, Stephen holds four undergraduate and two graduate degrees and has trained more than 150,000 REALTORS® throughout his career.
